1.1Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and bdttk1 ("bdttk1", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bdttk1.app. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bdttk1 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2Platform Description

bdttk1 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports), live casino games, virtual casino games, and related services to eligible players in Bangladesh. The platform is operated for players aged 21 (twenty-one) years and above only. Access to and use of the bdttk1 platform is strictly conditional on meeting the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

1.3Amendments

bdttk1 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page. Where a material change to these Terms is made, bdttk1 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use a bdttk1 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated service) acting on your own behalf;
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling or betting activities under applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by bdttk1 for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not registered with bdttk1's self-exclusion programme, or subject to any active self-exclusion period;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bdttk1 or any of its platform providers.

2.2Responsible Use of Player Data

By registering, you confirm that all information provided to bdttk1 is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account details should any information change. bdttk1 may require documentary verification of any detail provided, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.1Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bdttk1. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdttk1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed through duplicate accounts, and withhold any associated balances or winnings pending investigation.

3.2Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) associated with your bdttk1 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bdttk1 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out using your credentials is considered to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bdttk1 support immediately at [email protected]. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account.

3.3Account Suspension and Closure

bdttk1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to be under the age of 21;
• False or misleading information has been provided at any stage;
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or collusive betting activity is detected;
• The account is believed to be operating in breach of these Terms;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements necessitate account closure;
• A player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

In the event of account closure for a reason other than fraudulent activity, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4.1Deposits

All deposits made to a bdttk1 account must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred Taka). bdttk1 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are generally credited to your bdttk1 account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed payment, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change; refer to the payment section of the platform for the current list.

4.2Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by bdttk1's payments team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 (two hundred Taka). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during operating hours (10:00–23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day.

bdttk1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for identity verification, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests subject to such review may take additional time to process. Players must ensure that any active bonus wagering requirements are met in full before a withdrawal can be approved.

4.3Refused and Returned Transactions

bdttk1 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant amount will be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable third-party charges, and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

5.1Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is only considered accepted and binding once bdttk1's systems have confirmed the bet and issued a unique bet reference number. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to the bet, subject to the in-play and late-bet policies below. bdttk1 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time, and for any reason, without obligation to provide an explanation.

5.2In-Play Betting

Bets placed on live, in-play events are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds and the integrity of the live event. bdttk1 cannot guarantee that in-play odds will remain available for the full duration of any event. In the event of a significant discrepancy between the displayed odds and the true market odds at the time of placement — caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human error — bdttk1 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the player's account.

5.3Void Bets and Settlements

bdttk1 will settle all bets in accordance with the specific rules for each sport or game, as published on the platform. In circumstances where an event is abandoned, postponed, or results are disputed, bdttk1 follows established industry settlement rules. Where a bet is declared void for any reason, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. Winnings from settled bets are credited to the account balance promptly following official result confirmation.

6.1General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available through bdttk1 are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence. bdttk1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonuses are intended solely for the personal use of the registered account holder. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used by any third party. Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6.2Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by bdttk1 carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and time limit for completion are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

6.3Bonus Abuse

bdttk1 employs detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging to meet wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claims, and systematic exploitation of error-priced odds. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdttk1 reserves the right to void all bets placed using bonus funds, remove any resulting winnings, and permanently close the associated account(s).

7.1Responsible Gaming Commitment

bdttk1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all player interactions. We provide a range of self-management tools accessible from the account settings area, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. 7.2Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdttk1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the bdttk1 platform due to technical failures or maintenance;
• Loss of data, unauthorised access, or security breaches beyond bdttk1's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement caused by third-party data providers;
• Any betting or gaming decision made by the player on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdttk1's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7.3Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the bdttk1 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant territory. bdttk1 endeavours to resolve disputes through its internal complaints process in the first instance; players are encouraged to contact [email protected] before initiating any formal proceedings.
